My god, was this absolutely stunning from presentation to story telling. I adore how dark the story could be from the slivers that we can see, and the intrigue behind the MC's backstory especially with them being twins with such an apathetic person like their twin is such an interesting parallel on the current version of themselves which makes you wonder just what happened in the MC's past for them to become like this.
I also like how people are charmed by MC because it just shows how terrifying MC can be, posing as a normal person but someone you can't help but adore-- Brings you chills especially knowing MC is capable of. I also like how you added the fact that MC can be as cruel and twisted as the people they kill, or horribly holding on to their morals as they dish out karma knowing the hypocrisy of their actions.
I genuinely can't wait for it as the MC I'm currently building is someone who tries to avoid spreading bloodshed and anger, and seems to want the normal life they've build as a cover more than the life they actually have. Making it sick and twisted how there are these voices that taunt and tempt them to do things that appeal to MC's dark side.
I'd love to see more of MC interacting with people and them having to plan how to kill someone, especially because of how different of the lives MC has. Also if it was possible if MC in the "moral" route would feel unfathomable guilt for what they're doing yet either being delusional or acknowledging they're far too gone to ever be saved.
Another thing I'd like to note is if there would be any music to come since so far there was music at the title screen and if you would update the portfolio of MC since the gender when choosing non-binary has it locked on Child which is kinda funny to me.
Either way! I'm looking forward to the development of this IF!

Not sure if this a spoiler or not but is our character just plain ole crazy or is "magic" or something else involved? Also I been curious to know what happened to our sibling (I have a guess) and our family since the house was quiet and devoid of life apparently.
I also want to leave this here but when I saw the title I had a whole moment where I was saying the whole red riding hood "what big teeth you have...." it has the same vibes to me
what if the twin died and for some reason the mc replaced them and that is why there was a option to choose their name (i think that would be cool asf but i don't really think that makes sense. also if one of them would replace the other, the replaced would clearly be the mc)
I mean honestly I just thought of the "generic" her sister was sent to a asylum or that cliché where the whole family died in a car accident on rainy day.... But to add onto your thoughts, what if the voice is the sister? Our mc clearly had a strong reaction to that one incident so maybe something happened in the future(killing the parents maybe? or someone or something else) which caused our mc to do the deed and this is how they cope and its probably why they are a "vigilante" killing people they deem "bad".
Actually your idea reminds me of the game "Martha is dead" with the whole twin replacing the dead twin thing.
